Story behind the song
I made up this ditty to help drown out the airwaves being saturated with reliving The Tsnuami of ’04 like so many twin towers falling again and again. This song has helped me think, instead, about the people touched by the Christmas Catastrophe, namely, everyone in the world. I dedicate this to the children who will never live to play the ukulele, and who make me desperately want to believe in reincarnation so that they will have another opportunity to snorkel or scuba dive or find a cure for cancer or make up songs on the ukulele.
